SDG Goal 17 reminds us that real change happens when we work together. Through the partnership between Mobile Web Ghana and the U.S. Embassy Ghana, the American Corner, Agbogba has become a thriving hub for innovation, learning, and youth empowerment. This collaboration has provided students from Accra and beyond with access to transformative educational programs in areas such as Artificial Intelligence(A.I), digital skills, civic engagement, STEM,climate action, and leadership.
As part of our ongoing efforts to recognize the incredible support that makes this impact possible, we recently presented Certificates of Appreciation to two outstanding educational leaders: the Headmistress of Kwabenya Senior High School: Ms. Rahinatu Salifu and the Headmistress of Accra Girls Senior High School: Mrs. Gifty Andoh.
These headmistresses have been instrumental in encouraging their students to participate in programs at American Corner, Agbogba. Their support has ensured that students are not only exposed to global ideas but are also actively involved in finding innovative solutions to local and international challenges.
We celebrate their commitment to youth development and thank them for being champions of education and opportunity. Together, we are shaping a future where young people are confident, capable, and connected to a world of possibilities.
Thank you, Kwabenya SHS and Accra Girls SHS, for believing in the power of collaboration.
